1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SHARP platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

SHARP provides currency exchange services, facilitating the conversion of foreign currency to Nigerian Naira (NGN) through various payment methods including but not limited to Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency, and cash deposits. The Service is intended for lawful use only.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account and complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. KYC Verification

All users must complete KYC verification before initiating transactions. This includes providing a valid government-issued ID and a selfie photo. SHARP reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent documentation.

5. Exchange Rates and Transactions

Exchange rates displayed on the platform are indicative and may change without prior notice. The rate at the time a tag request is confirmed is the rate applied to that specific transaction. All tag requests are valid for 24 hours from the time of creation, after which they automatically expire.

6. Tag Request Policy

Users may request a payment tag for a specific payment method. Each tag is valid for 24 hours. If the expected payment is not received within this timeframe, the request is automatically cancelled. Users may only have one active tag request at a time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity. SHARP reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHARP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the disputed transaction.

9. Modifications to Terms

SHARP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
